Pay for receipts, never for proof

One unit: a receipt — a claim we checked and signed. Every plan gets the same signatures, log and anchoring, because proof is the product. Plans differ only in how many receipts they include.

Every plan, including Free

A receipt on Free is exactly as strong as one on Scale. Nothing about the proof is held back to sell an upgrade.

  • Every verifier we ship
  • Ed25519-signed receipts
  • Append-only log with inclusion proofs
  • Anchoring on Base Sepolia (testnet) every ten minutes
  • Public receipt links anyone can check
  • Discord alerts on failed, late and mismatched claims

Pricing questions

What counts as a receipt?

One claim that QED Proof checked and signed, whatever the verdict — Verified, Failed, Mismatch, Late or Couldn't check. A claim we refuse up front, for bad input or because a Free workspace is over its limit, creates no receipt and isn't counted.

What happens when a Free workspace reaches its limit?

Once a Free workspace has used its 1,000 receipts for the month, new claims are refused with HTTP 402 and an upgrade link until the next month or an upgrade. Claims already accepted are still checked and receipted.

Does billing ever change a verdict?

No. Billing decides whether a new claim is accepted, never what a verdict says. A paid workspace over its included amount keeps getting every claim checked, and the overage is billed. A billing state is never turned into Couldn't check.

How do I upgrade or cancel?

Start on Free, then upgrade from Settings → Billing in the console, which opens Stripe Checkout. Plan changes, invoices and cancellation are in the Stripe billing portal. A cancelled plan stays active to the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free.

What if a payment fails?

Stripe retries for up to 14 days while the workspace keeps working. If payment still fails, the workspace moves to the Free plan. You keep your data and every receipt.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes. Paying yearly costs ten months' worth — two months free — and the year's receipts are pooled rather than capped month by month.
